SCHOOL ASSEMBLIES

Four components to success are addressed in this educational and informative assembly:

- Risk-taking
- Responding Appropriately
Student interaction and visual aids woven together with laughter and learning make this program effective and encouraging. Recommended for grades K – 4.
*ALL KIDS BELONG*
During the All Kids Belong assembly, Marian and Friends help students to recognize and celebrate their differences (physical features such as hair, skin, eye color; talents, abilities, skills). She also reminds them to recognize their similarities (their needs to belong, have friends, be a part of a community). Students will be taught ASL (American Sign Language) throughout the presentation. The need for kindness and respect for both ourselves and others will be reinforced throughout this program.

*JUST MAKE US LAUGH!*
As a former full-time school teacher, it is hard for me not to want to convey an educational message throughout my show. However, some schools request a light-hearted assembly, perhaps as an end-of-the-year reward. All of my shows are loads of fun, and I greatly enjoy the opportunity to incorporate a specific theme or message throughout. However, I also delight in putting smiles on kids’ faces… after all, laughter is good for you! These programs are fun and encouraging, recommended for ages pre-K through grade 4.
